Preparing for New York’s new Sexual Harassment Law and Avoiding the Legal Pitfalls ofthe Paid Family LeaveLaw, FMLA and the ADA

NEW SESSION ADDDED: On October 23, join the North Country Chamber of Commerce for this two part HR Seminar from 8 -11 am.  Part 1 will deal with the new requirements in New York, which cover all employers, designed to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.  Learn the important requirements of this new law, and what you must do to prepare and train your employees.  

The second part of the seminar will focus on managing protected leave, and review basics relating to administering New York’s Paid Family Leave Law, the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and provide guidance on how to navigate these tricky issues.
